Sync
The connector caches approved work orders, BOM components, routing operations, quality notifications, and production actuals by organization. The UI shows freshness and failures.
- Test connectivity.
- Start sync.
- Review per-entity counts and errors.
- Confirm timestamps before analysis.
Write-back
Unsafe operations require explicit enablement and enter an approval queue with idempotency, retry, dead-letter, and audit records.
Current limitations
- A cached snapshot may lag SAP.
- Automatic CAPA or production write-back is not available.
