Questions plants ask before they sign up.
Book a demo. Most plants then run a paid 60–90 day pilot ($5,000, credited to your first year if you continue). We open the account with you, connect it read-only to SAP, and invoice from the start — there is no self-serve plant signup and no free trial.
Plant plans are one flat price for your whole floor. If it's just you working on your own data, the per-seat individual plans (Pro, $49/mo or $35/mo billed yearly, subscribe by card) are a better fit.
One flat price per plant — $9,000/year for Plant Starter (up to 25 users) and $24,000/year for Plant Pro (unlimited users), or 20% more month-to-month. There is a one-time onboarding and setup fee of $3,000–$7,500 depending on your SAP landscape, and plant plans are invoiced after a short demo.
There are no per-user limits. The plant shares one monthly AI allowance — 5,000 messages and 500 reports on Plant Starter, 15,000 and 1,500 on Plant Pro — and it resets on the 1st. If your floor needs more, add an AI pack: +5,000 messages for $250/month, on the same invoice.
SAP connect (read-only, hourly) plus quality-notification write-back are on Plant Pro and Enterprise. Write-back does one thing: a signed-in member of your team files a quality notification — the AI never writes to SAP. Repeat submissions are deduplicated, and each one is recorded in your audit log.
