SAP setup.

Connect one organization-scoped SAP OData endpoint with encrypted credentials.

Prepare access

Use a least-privilege integration identity and confirm the OData services your plant authorizes. AutoOps supports Basic or OAuth client credentials.

Open Settings → Integrations.
Enter the HTTPS base URL and approved credentials.
Test the connection.
Run a bounded first sync.

Write-back boundary

SAP is read-only by default. Quality-notification write-back is opt-in, approval-queued, idempotent, and audited.

Current limitations

One SAP connection per organization.
SSO is not available.
Do not grant broader SAP rights than the approved connector needs.

Security

SAP credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Your data is not used to train AI models.
