Ownership and revisions

System templates are read-only. Paid/trial individuals own personal templates; organization admins manage shared templates. Each edit preserves the prior snapshot for restore.

Current limitations

Output is PDF only.
Imported Markdown or Word content remains an unsaved draft until you confirm it.
