SAP setup.

Connect one organization-scoped SAP OData endpoint with encrypted credentials.

Prepare access

Use a least-privilege integration identity and confirm the OData services your plant authorizes. AutoOps supports Basic or OAuth client credentials.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Enter the HTTPS base URL and approved credentials.
  3. Test the connection.
  4. Run a bounded first sync.

Write-back boundary

Sync is read-only. Connecting SAP also enables quality-notification write-back — there is no separate switch for it — so scope the integration user in SAP to exactly what you want AutoOps able to file. Writes are idempotent and audited.

Current limitations

  • One SAP connection per organization.
  • SSO is not available.
  • Do not grant broader SAP rights than the approved connector needs.
